Shar was great seated right away. Food came quickly and was very good. Love going there always friendly staff and great service
We are regulars at Applebee's(1 or twice a week sometimes) but this $1 Margarita promotion is really bringing in a lower class of customers. We were in the first weekend you offered this and you driving away your regulars. Feel sorry for your bartenders, they are working their butts off for people who don't tip at all and who are rude. We watch 4 people sit at the bar eat & slurp multiple margarita's, then leave a $2 tip. This was not a one time occurrence either. Sorry but we won't be in till after Margarita's are over!!
service was bad and the food not cooked properly steak overdone shrimp undercooked they never removed any dishes from the table either
Cold food, service is almost nonexistent (no, it was not busy). When you get service, its as if youre speaking to a wall. You're better off next door at taco bell, seriously.
My server Jessica was terrific! Her customer service was excellent. She offered me and my friends many things from the menu that we never even think about ordering and was very attentive. I never order dessert, and she sold me on the brownie bites (the perfect size after a big meal). The communication was great when the drink my friend ordered was not available and Jessica found an even better option for him. I was blown away at the end when Jessica told us to come see her next time and she’ll have us go a step up and try the triple chocolate dessert. It was the best experience I have had at any restaurant! :)
