I got a great parking spot. When the regular shuttle was running a little late, another driver named John, who was obviously not the usual shuttle driver, took a special trip to the terminal to get me there on time. The shuttle was clean and well-maintained, and John was very friendly. The price is great, too. I recommend!
Don't let the good price fool you. Showed up at 6:30AM for a 7:30 flight. We were already checked in so should have had plenty of time (as it says the shuttle runs every 5-10 min). We used the intercom 3 times and was told each time the driver would be right there. After 30 min the driver finally showed. We expressed our concern of possibly missing our flights and that we had waiting a long time. The driver showed no sense of urgency trying to leave. We sprinted through the airport and everyone in security line let us go in front of them (THANK YOU) but it was too little too late. We missed our flight by 3 min.
Every thing woked out great until leaving. Had payed in full in advance then on leaving they wanted $6.00 more. At midnight it was difficult to leave. Finally got it straight and to leave.
We had to pay an additional 75 per ticket to transfer to a different flight at 6pm! We lost nearly a whole day of our vacation and are out $150. I called and expressed my issue to the employee and she told me she wanted to handle the problem the right way and would talk to the manager. I haven't heard anything yet and will update the review once I hear back.

I loved everything about this parking lot when we arrived. It was nice and small so no fear of having to hunt for your car. The drivers were very polite and helpful. I got a reminder email to call when we arrived back home which was helpful as there was a number to call. We had waited 20 minutes and nobody showed up but when we called the number they gave us an update when the driver would be there. I would have given this company 5/5 until we went to exit the lot. I had prepaid in full. We arrived and left earlier than our reservation but had to pay another $7.00 on top to get out of the lot...disappointing, so much for the sale price they quoted!
