Response from the owner: I'm so sorry thanks for letting us know. That's funny. Everyone that has a problem that's what they say. This company does not fix the problem. They say thanks for letting us know we screwed over another consumer. If you want to put it on the official tally of screwed over people you can email it where they look at them and laugh at lunch hour. We all know this place is a joke. That's why we shop here for lower prices financed at 0% apr. It's not a good deal. It's a money grab and rip off. I'll never come back and I'll defiantly tell everyone how you treat people. How your warranty is garbage and how your employees and just out for a buck in a cheap suit.
Prepare to be flocked in surrounded every time you walk in the damn place you could at least give someone a second to walk around and look at something.. most people go in there and they want to look around not talk to someone first I understand you guys to work off commission we should learn how to leave people the hell alone. If someone wants help they will ask for it
We ordered our living room, dining room and bedroom sets from here. On the scheduled delivery date everything was delivered except one bedroom set. We called the next day after they had sent us a message stating they would be at our address between 3-6pm but it was our billing address and not our new home. Representative said it would be delivered on Tuesday and we waited all day Tuesday and no delivery. This situation was an extreme inconvenience.
The Sales Associates didn't greet my grandmother and I as we entered the store. Several sales associates was chatting with each other. We had to find what we was looking for. Once we found what my grandmother was looking for. We stood around 15 minutes waiting for a sales associate which they were no more than 30 feet from us. They was to busy chatting with each other. We decided to walk out and the sales associates still didn't greet us or see us out. So we went to Art Van Furniture and bought the most beautiful dining room and living room furniture. I guess it was reason behind my granny and I being treated like a ghost there. We will not be returning to that store.
I love this store. They go above and beyond in customer service. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
