Worse place i have ever dealt with...my dryer broke in Dec 2014, they picked it up on Dec 29th 2014.....18 days later was payment time, my dryer was still sitting at the store, hadnt been sent to be fixed yet...fast-forward to today Feb. 19th 2015, sitting an waiting for aarons to deliver my supposed fixed dryer...2 months later....you will be best to go else where...if you dont have good credit you would be better off looking else where....my credit is good i chose shopping here cause its easy no hassle....BOY AM I SORRY I DID.....oh an arrons you can delete thjis if you want, cause thanks to family an friends this is posted on facebook from MI to Calif....
They have good stuff and very nice people been with them about 3 years.

Customer service was terrible . I requested for them to move my fridge from one location to another and they damaged the entire fridge . I have pictures and videos of how nasty they were torwards me and how bad of condition the fridge was in . The store manger would not give me anything in writing about what he’d said he would do . He refused to give me the corporate number . All I wanted was to have my refrigerator back in it’s normal condition.. I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone .
