Horrible company. Did not follow through with the casino (as claimed they did and everything was "all set") which in return caused their bus of over 50 people.. who were there for a fundraiser.. to lose 30$ in gambling money before we even got off the bus. And never wanted to admit responsibility nor try and make it right. You guys are a sad excuse for a company. DO NOT use Bianco Travel&Tours unless you want them to completely screw your trip!
So, if you get a bus with the front bumper by the door marked up, that's my paint. I'd like it back, please.

One of their busses hit my car. I was talking with Julie Fougner in their office about the damages, sent in the estimates and photos she asked for, and haven't heard back for over a week. When I called, the person who answered the phone said she *just* left. Multiple emails unanswered.
