Long lines for tickets. Food lines are ridiculously long and slow-moving! Pizza hut pizza is terrible there. I won't go back. MJR is much better.
We reserved our tickets online, then got stuck on the freeway getting there and missed the show. There wasn’t another show time for the film we could make that night. I thought I would just be out the money, but the kind staff at the theater quickly and kindly gave me a refund. We’ll be back.
I drop my teens off here and they are always treated with respect and enjoy their experience,thats a hard thing to come by most businesses treat teens like they are an annoyance from jump no matter how they behave they treat them the same as they would if it was my husband and i walking in and i appreciate that.
Love this theater. Went and saw Star Wars at it. Much newer and nicer than Southgate 20, sadly its starting to get run down.
Closed captioning device was a definite plus. Next time I will know to check the unit . Hopefully, it won't fall apart during film. But, it truly makes the viewing real easy for those of us that need it.
