I've made around 25 visits to the Taylor location over the past year or so. Great store with unbeatable prices on most used games. The hours are great and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
This place is awesome, every time I go I get friendly service, good vibes, and a whole bunch of nostalgia!! Especially at the one next to the Southgate mall. It's one of my favorite places! I would definitely recommend going there to pick out a game, or movie for date night(my girlfriend loves it there too).
I called them before I went to the store looking for a ps4,I was told they had what I was looking for so I packed up my old system and games and drove a pretty good distance after my game system checked out and was getting ready to get my ps4 I was told they didn't have what drove there to get.At this point I was furious wanted my stuff back and ready to leave, the young lady in charge (sorry I didn't get your name) came to me and gave me and top of the line system for a lower price,all I have to say is "wow" she went out of her way to resolve this issue and what a great job consider yourself lucky Disc Replay to have such a awesome staff member.The only reason I didn't give you guy's five stars was the lack of the person on the phone for not knowing the inventory ☺☺☺☺
Me and my husband came into the store to sell a huge collection of movies that we had recently inherited. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, we brought hundreds of movies to them over the course of 3 days and each day they were happy to help us. We really appreciate all their help and will defiantly be back!
From what I can tell there are 2 managers that give night and day experiences. One is very loud, unprofessional, is constantly gossiping and has terrible customer service, while the other is much more professional. You'll know which one is there within 30 seconds of entering the store.
I like these stores they are game stop killers! Helpful if your ask but not pushy. They are very competitive on their prices and pay well for good condition used media related things.
Prices are great, the store/products are organized well and in alphabetical order. They will buffer a dirty or scratched disc, and they have great loyalty/bulk buy deals.
My only other issue is that more often than not they don't have the disc for one of the games I picked out. This is an issue because in order to get their buy 5 get 1 free deal, I then have to go find another game and wait in line again. This happens to me more often than not. Also always check your discs before you leave the store.
