Went to return some items, gave them my order number from my online order and they were able to painlessly process my return. Store was clean.
No one is ever there to help you, you have to walk around the whole store to find someone and when you do they are slow and don't feel like doing a darn thing. I am not surprised because it isn't just this macy's. Checkout is slow, even if you go to grab one thing you think you will be a couple minutes, you are there for 20. Anytime my wife wants to buy kitchen or home items I just take her to Bed bath and beyond theres always a happy and helping store associate and she is able to use her coupons too. It is sad because this one is close by our home.

They assisted with our refund and price matched with another watch in the store. We also received the 3 year warranty at no extra charge with an additional Macy’s credit.
