I purchased 4 new Goodyear tires from Zubor at a great price! While waiting with my 3 tots in the waiting room, whom I'm sure made a lot of noise, our family got a visit from Sr Mr Zubor who sat down and talked to me about parenthood and kids. He wasn't at all annoyed at how rowdy my my girls were being. In fact he was really genuine, caring and really down to earth. Thank you Zubor team for a great experience!
I would not recommend getting service here. They had my vehicle since Thursday morning for Service on a lease vehicle ..got a call from them Friday at 5:50 ( they close at 6). telling me my car won’t be finish till Monday . They didn’t offer no car loaner or rental.. That was very unprofessional to me
They are the best.. the service team is the best out there and Chris is the only reason I have always came back he is honest and friendly and a pleasure to do business with... hands down the best dealrership and service team around
My salesperson Jared was quite the character. He has a great personality for a salesperson. I appreciate that he called me the next day to get my feedback. Probably one of the reasons I made up my mind to get my car. The salespeople there are very attentive. I hadn't been out at the dealership for more than 5 minutes and a salesperson was already coming out to see if I needed assistance. Everyone there at Zubor is quite helpful and respectful. I really appreciate the time and effort they put towards their customers. Especially with explaining everything that needs to be understood, whether it be about the car or how the financial process goes about. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Zubor and will most definitely be coming back for future purchases.
This dealership is the worst ever!!! You trust a dealership with your vehicle over the corner shop not in this case. Had I went to the corner shop my car would have been fixed properly and probably the same cost if not cheaper. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
