It's ridiculous
Not the establishment itself but they have ONE person doing a 2-3 person job

This is the worse Bank of America there is. There was a line out the door and the poor customer service rep was by herself while the branch manager sat his lazy butt in his office on his cellphone! There was also other people there just sitting behind their desk while she worked her but off servicing the drive through and the lobby. Horrible customer service at its finest!
I shouldn't be waiting 10-15 in the drive through just to simply withdraw money
I waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes because the bank teller was working drive through and the counter
